Customer Service for Busy Moms 

Last week I switched from using the LGG4, to the new Samsung Galaxy S6! Because I’m a busy mom, I don’t really have time to head into the store and go over the activation and in’s and out’s of switching from one cellphone to the next. Whenever I go into the physical store location to get help with my cellphone service, it’s complete pandemonium. My children are touching expensive phones and devices. They want to play games on them and run around the store. I’m constantly saying “don’t touch that” or “have a seat!” This is why the Sprint Direct 2 You service was perfect for me! 

A representative came to my house last week to get my phones all switched over, and go over any questions that I had about my new device and service. He was very helpful informing me of tips and short cuts I could accomplish with my phone, as well as transferring all of my existing info and pictures from my old phone to the new. The entire time my children were quietly playing in their room, and I had a great experience without leaving the comfort of my own home.
