Easy Fall Entertaining: Mint Cranberry Lime Mocktail

In a couple of weeks I’m headed to Chicago to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family. I’m so excited about meal planning, making sure everything is just right and simply being surrounded by the people I love. A few years ago my grandmother and aunt passed away and they were the ones who were in charge of cooking for holidays. The torch has now been passed to my sister and I to make sure all of our family favorite classic meals are served but we like to throw in some additional new recipes. Everyday that I’m with my sister it’s a party! She invites all of her friends over, and my friends from high school come to hang out and we simply have a good time chatting and reminiscing. I came up with this refreshing Mint Cranberry Lime Mocktail that is going to be perfect for serving to friends while we mingle. 

During the fall season, Target is my one stop shop for everything we need for a fun gathering. I head to the grocery aisles to grab an 8 pack of DASANI® Sparkling Slim Cans in the 12oz size. It comes in six fun flavors –Tropical Pineapple, Raspberry Lemonade, Lime, Berry, Black Cherry, and Lemon. I grabbed the Berry flavor to make this mocktail.

Fall is the perfect season for cranberries and they add a lot of color and texture to the drink. Mint is one of my favorite additions to mocktails because it makes everything cooler. Lime pulls all of the flavors together and makes the drink extra fresh.

Ingredients

1. DASANI® Sparkling Slim Cans 8pack 12oz size in Berry Flavor
2. 6 limes sliced thin
3. 12oz bag of fresh cranberries
4. 1 bunch of fresh mint
5. Ice

Instructions

1. Rinse all fruits prior to use.
2. Place sliced lime and mint in the bottom of each glass
3. Add small amount of ice.
4. Begin layers alternating cranberries, lime and mint with ice
5. Pour over DASANI® Sparkling in each glass
6. Serve immediately with extra mint & lime on top if desired
7. Enjoy!
