Easy Raw Juice Recipe

In this post I give my easy raw juice recipe. I outlined the benefits of raw juicing here. This juice is delicious and refreshing first thing in the morning.

Recipe as follows to make about 12oz of juice:

8 large carrots
3 small apples
3 stalks of celery

Rinse all vegetables. Remove the carrots green tips and core the apples. Juice and enjoy!
