I tested the 2015 Lexus LS460 for a week free of charge in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed here are my own. 

Kid Free in the Lexus LS460

Every summer my children go spend a week with their grandparents in Philadelphia. I had big kid free plans for the week they were supposed to be away which included sleeping late and a quiet home. Fun times! Unfortunately my sons epilepsy reared it’s head and I didn’t feel comfortable with him being away from me. Instead my in-laws decided to come to Atlanta. It was a surprise to the children, and I was still able to take a short kid free break for the weekend. The 2015 Lexus LS460 was the PERFECT kid free car! 

The LS460 was fully loaded with bells and whistles. When you hop in the drivers seat it’s really like being in a cockpit. There are so many buttons, controls and features. The Lexus Enform Navigation System is voice activated and recognizes over 100 voice commands. It’s like having Siri inside a car. There is a cool joystick that you can use to operate the navigation, audio, climate, your phone, as well as the Enform App. 

My absolute favorite feature of the Lexus LS460 is the back seat! I hid out in the back seat a couple of times from the kids just to get in a quick massage. Yes….I said massage! The LS460 is actually a full sized luxury vehicle meant to be utilized with a personal driver. If you’ve had a long day on the job, you can chill out in the back reclined, while getting a shiatsu massage while watching one of your favorite movies. 

Of course I had to test of the back seat while being driven around! My husband was my driver for our date night. When we pulled up to a restaurant, the valet was confused about having to open the door for me from the back. Once he checked out the interior, he totally got it! 

The 2015 Lexus LS460 handled the road exceptionally well. I actually had to be careful, because it’s possible to go really fast in this Lexus and you don’t even know it. It’s such a smooth ride because it automatically adapts to the conditions on the road with the Adaptive Variable Air Suspension System as well as the Variable Gear-Ratio Steering System. It was such a pleasure to drive and I was sad to see it go!
