Lunch with The Sprout Channel and Floogals

This week I had the pleasure of attending a VIP lunch with the Sprout Channel and got a preview of their newest original show called the Floogals! The Floogals actually premieres tonight, so you’ll want to check it out with your little ones. 

The Sprout Channel gave us a peek inside the world of the Floogals which follows the characters Captain Fleeker, First Official Flo, and Junior Boomer. The show is perfect for the 2-6 age group, but I’m sure my older boys won’t mind watching it with BabyCake. The Floogals encourage kindness, exploration, and discovery. Every show challenges you and your family to “Floogal Your World.” Floogaling is based on the principals of find, question, and explore. The Floogals is a STEM based show, so you can feel confident that your children aren’t just watching another cartoon, but they are actually learning something as they watch. There are even takeaways for the adults if you watch the episode with your children. It’s a really fun show! 

 Our lunch was hosted at St Cecilia directly across the street from Phipps Plaza in Buckhead. St Cecilia specializes in a coastal European cuisine. 

I enjoyed this colorful and fresh beet salad. 

Our main course for lunch was poached prawns, on a bed of mixed greens and brown rice.

Dessert was this delicious hot fudge chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream. 

It’s always a fun day when I can get together with my blogging boo’s! We all have little ones who are excited to watch the Floogals tonight!  

Remember to catch the Floogals tonight January 23, 2016 on The Sprout Channel at 8PM ET/ 5PM PT. It’s Saturday, so make it a family affair!
