Steak Tostadas Recipe
I have a real love for authentic Mexican food! It’s one of my favorite cuisines to create, cook, and eat. From Huevos Rancheros to Enchiladas Suizas I enjoy it all. This Steak Tostadas Recipe is easy to make and great for summer. You can make the steak ahead of time, and then just warm it to prepare the Tostadas. I also top them with my delicious homemade guacamole. You can find my tried and true recipe HERE.
- 1 lb flank steak cut into strips
- 12 Tostada Shells
- 6 Chopped Scallions
- 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
- Chopped Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 red onion diced
- Queso Fresco
- Cook steak until desired doneness
- Place steak on Tostada Shell
- Next add Guacamole
- Arrange all the veggies and Queso Fresco on top
Steak Tostadas are so simple to make!
They are perfect for the summer days you just don’t want to stand over a stove for a long time. Good for lunch or dinner, and the kids love them too! You can add or take away veggies, even make them with chicken instead of steak.
