Reports are coming in today that Usher’s oldest son, Usher Raymond V, has been hospitalized here in Atlanta. Usher Raymond V is 5 years old and was injured while swimming. Reports say he was playing and his hand was caught in a pool drain after he had dived down to free a toy that had gotten stuck. Relatives at the home were unable to pull him loose, when two men who were working on sound equipment heard screaming and successfully free’d his hand. He was given CPR and rushed to a local hospital alert and conscious. The Grammy award winner has two children with ex-wife Tameka Foster- Raymond, who rushed to be at her son’s side. Last summer, during a jet ski accident at Lake Lanier, Foster’s 11-year-old son Kile died from resulting injuries.
