30 Day Self Love Challenge – 2019
Happy New Year! It’s January 1st and a time of renewal and setting intentions for this year. Many people create resolutions and rid themselves of the past making way for new healthy habits. This time last year I created a simple self love challenge of writing 5 things you loved about yourself daily for 30 days. I had lots of women join in and it was trans-formative for them. This year I created this self love challenge for a beautiful group of women on Facebook, however I want to share this amazing info with all of you who are ready to take your self love to a new level for 2019!
This is pretty much “Self Love 2.0”. Years ago I read Louise Hay’s book “Love Yourself, Heal Your Life” and it changed my life. It repaired my self esteem and renewed my love for myself. I recommend it to every woman I talk to. I created this Self Love Challenge with some of the ideas from Louise’s book and a few other journals I have for seeking happiness. I hope you all will join me in the exercises and end up on the other side feeling a lot more love for yourself.
There is one prompt or question for each day. Grab a cute journal or notebook that you can keep forever and reference later, and let’s get started!
