Spring is finally here! Ladies it’s time for us to get our feet in order for Summer! Today I’m sharing this DIY Herbal Foot Bath. I’m all for re-creating spa treatments in the luxury of your own home. This Herbal Foot Bath can lightly detoxify your body, while making your feet soft and supple at the same time. The different ingredients each have healing and detoxifying properties.
Here’s what you need:
1/2 cup of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
1-2 lemons thin sliced
2 Sprigs of Rosemary
15-20 Mint Leaves
Fill your fill basin with hot water, but not too hot, your don’t want to burn your feet! Add the Coconut Oil first, followed by the Pink Himalayan Sea Salt. Then add the lemons and herbs. Place your feet in the mixture for 20 minutes. Once done rinse off any access oils.
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt is Rich in minerals, improves circulation, and aids in removing harmful toxins from the body.
Lemons have healing, toning and detoxifying properties. Rosemary can help alleviate muscle pain, boost the immune system and improve the bodies circulation. Mint has anti-inflammatory properties and aids in soothing dry skin.

This DIY Herbal Foot Bath smells wonderful, and makes your skin feel great. My feet feel just as good, or better than when I pay for an expensive pedicure at a nail salon.
